We will have our first and only information meeting on Thursday,
February 10th,
2011.

This will be the ONLY information meeting for the HSCN Gradution
Ceremony. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you attend this meeting.
We will go over the requirements for graduation
application, and the details of the ceremony. We will discuss the
fees and deadlines associated with participation in our ceremony.

Please bring your calendars as the parents in attendance will set the
dates for the following pre-graduation events that night: Cap & Gown
fitting (immediately after which we have our final planning meeting) &
Senior Game Night.

If you are unable to attend the meeting on February 10th, you may
still fill out your application and mail it in. The 2011 application will be
available at the meeting. It will only be available online some time
after the meeting.

Though this meeting is not mandatory, past experience has proven that
parents
who miss this meeting, find it challenging to keep up with all the necessary
deadlines and expectations for meeting the requirements of this ceremony.

We will only be accepting the first 20 families to submit a completed PAID
application that is APPROVED by the committee.
